Week four’s interview overlay changed how our CX team talks about “drop-off.” They stopped treating a silent KYC as a support ticket volume problem. I still wish the SQL examples had used BigQuery dialects more often — we spent an evening translating.
Cohort Funnel Diagnostics
Seven live weeks. One product. A drop-off story you can defend without inflating activation. Informational fee: ฿42,000 as a Funnel Atelier seat, or included inside a Mirror Desk block.
Ask for the next cohort datesWho this is for
Analysts, PMs, and CX partners who already have an event pipeline and still cannot explain the silent majority after sign-up. You should be able to query your warehouse or sit beside someone who can. We do not teach SQL from zero here.
Learning outcomes
- A written activation definition that engineering and CX can both sign
- Cohort drop curves that keep failed attempts distinct from quiet success
- An interview overlay on at least eight real or proxy sessions
- A ranked leak backlog with one “do not test yet” item you can justify
- Language for a Thailand privacy review when payloads get personal
Modules
- 01Event honesty. Inventory what “completed onboarding” currently means. Retire vanity events.
- 02First-touch hygiene. Attribution without mythology; paid and organic treated with equal suspicion.
- 03Drop curves. Day-0 through day-14 with the quiet majority still on the page.
- 04Interview overlay. Notes beside the chart, including people who never opened the last email.
- 05Leak ranking. Size, reversibility, and political cost — three different numbers.
- 06Experiment restraint. When a test would only decorate the leak.
- 07Peer defence. Present to a sceptic. Revise. Hand the artefact to your team.
Instructor
Kanya Srisawat taught analytics inside two Bangkok consumer-finance products before opening the studio. She still reviews alumni drop packs once a quarter. She will not pretend a missing KYC vendor SLA is a “nudge problem.”
Informational pricing
Funnel Atelier seat: ฿42,000. Signal Seat recordings of prior runs: ฿18,500, without live defence. Mirror Desk (up to four named colleagues): ฿96,000. Payment is not collected on this site. Read fees and refunds before you request a purchase order.
A real limitation
This programme will not fix a tracking plan that your engineering team refuses to touch. If events cannot be changed for a quarter, you will still leave with a clearer diagnosis — and a narrower claim — but the drop curve itself may stay ugly. We would rather say that in week one than sell you a fantasy of control.
FAQ
Do I need to be in Bangkok?
No. Remote seats are ordinary. If you are in Thailand and want the optional studio afternoon, say so when you write. Travel is your responsibility.
Can two people from the same team share one seat?
No. A seat is one named participant. Teams of three or four should look at Mirror Desk so confidentiality and scheduling stay sane.
What if our data cannot leave the company?
Work on a redacted extract or a dummy schema that preserves drop shape. We do not require production dumps. If even shapes are restricted, this atelier is probably the wrong purchase.
Is there a certificate?
We issue a letter of completion only if homework is submitted. Watching recordings is not the same as finishing. That limitation is intentional.
Reviews of this programme
★★★★☆
Solid on taxonomy. The peer defence was the part I almost skipped and then needed. Not a motivational seminar.
I joined from a B2B console product. Some consumer-finance examples did not map cleanly, which Kanya admitted. The leak-ranking sheet still sits in our Notion. Mild reservation: office hours book out quickly if you wait until week six.
