Refund policy
This policy applies to fees paid to Mirror Nodehub for programmes, recordings, and studio blocks. This website does not take payment; refunds are processed against the invoice you actually paid.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel in writing before the stated cancellation deadline for your cohort, or if we cancel a programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative date. A change of mind after live sessions have begun is generally not eligible for a full refund, except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.
Timeframe
For live ateliers (including Funnel Atelier and Mirror Desk): full refund if we receive written cancellation at least 14 days before the first live session. Between 13 and 5 days before the first session, we refund 50% of the programme fee. Inside 5 days, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel or a statutory right applies.
For Signal Seat recordings: full refund within 7 days of delivery of access, provided fewer than two recorded sessions have been played. After that window, recordings are non-refundable.
Full or partial refund
Full refunds return the programme fee. Partial refunds follow the schedule above. If a Mirror Desk block has already used an on-site afternoon, we may deduct documented studio costs (capped at ฿8,000) from an otherwise eligible partial refund.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs you arranged yourself (travel, hotels, extra engineering contractors) are not refundable by us. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are not refundable. Completion letters already issued are not a basis for refund.
Refund process
Email info@mirror-nodehub.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, participant name, and reason. We acknowledge within three working days. We may ask you to confirm that recordings will no longer be accessed.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 15 working days of our written approval. Banking networks may take additional time to credit your account.
Refund method
We refund to the original payment method where possible (company transfer back to the paying entity, or the personal account that paid). We do not refund in cash at the studio and we do not issue store credit instead of money unless you ask for that in writing.

Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee. If we must replace an instructor, that alone is not automatic grounds for refund unless the replacement cannot reasonably deliver the published outcomes.
Exceptions
We may offer a discretionary refund or transfer where serious illness, bereavement, or a documented emergency prevents attendance, even inside the 5-day window. We may refuse a refund where materials were downloaded in bulk immediately after purchase in a manner inconsistent with genuine study, or where payment is disputed as unauthorised and still under bank investigation. Mandatory rights under Thai law are not limited by this paragraph.
